Gazikent Petshop Evcil Hayvan Ürünleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Gazikent Petshop") respects the privacy of everyone who visits or shops on sehitkamilgazikentpetshop.com.tr. 1. What we collect

Only what we need to deliver your order and run your account: name, contact details, delivery and billing address, order history and preferences. If you use our grooming or pet hotel services, we also keep the care notes you give us. We don't ask for information we don't need.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver orders and keep you updated,
To handle returns, exchanges and support requests,
To run auto-orders (subscriptions) and the GaziPuan programme,
To keep the site secure and prevent fraud,
With your permission, to send offers and newsletters.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

3. Payment security and card data

Card payments are processed by a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.
Card details go directly to the payment institution's secure page. Your card number, expiry date and CVV are never stored on Gazikent Petshop servers and cannot be seen by our staff.
Every card payment is completed with 3D Secure and a one-time code from your bank.
The payment institution complies with PCI DSS card security standards.
If you save a card for auto-orders, it is stored by the payment institution as an encrypted token; we only see the last four digits and card type.

4. How we protect your data

All traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
Passwords are stored with strong one-way hashing; even we can't see them.
System access is limited to authorised staff who need it, and access is logged.
Data is kept with secured hosting providers and backed up regularly.
In the event of a breach, we notify the Personal Data Protection Board and affected people as soon as possible, as required by KVKK.

Use a strong password you don't use elsewhere and sign out on shared devices. Gazikent Petshop will never ask for your password or card details by email, SMS or phone.

Only as needed to provide the service: carriers and couriers, our payment institution, hosting and email/SMS providers, our accountant, and authorities on lawful request.

6. Newsletters and marketing messages

Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, which is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) under Law No. 6563.
You can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge: via the "Unsubscribe" link in every email, My account > Profile & password, the opt-out link in SMS, or İYS.
Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages such as order and shipping updates.

7. Children

Our site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Deleting your account

Delete your account from My Account or by emailing kvkk@sehitkamilgazikentpetshop.com.tr. Data we must keep by law (e.g. invoices) is retained; the rest is deleted or anonymised.
