Delivery options

We offer three ways to receive your order. At checkout, the options available for your address are listed automatically.

Standard shipping

We ship everywhere in Türkiye with our partner carriers. Orders placed on business days are usually handed to the carrier the same or next business day and arrive within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email once your parcel ships. Shipping is free for baskets of 750 TL or more; otherwise a fee of 89.90 TL applies.

Same-day delivery (Gaziantep)

In the Şahinbey, Şehitkamil and Oğuzeli districts of Gaziantep, orders placed and paid by 16:00 are delivered the same day by our own couriers. Orders placed after 16:00 are delivered the next day. The fee is 49.90 TL, free for orders of 500 TL or more. Delivery hours may change on public holidays or in severe weather; we will let you know in advance.

Store pickup

You can collect your order free of charge from our store at Gazikent Mah. Örnek Cad. No:1, Şahinbey / Gaziantep. We notify you when it's ready (usually within 2 hours). Just show your order number and ID. Prepared orders are held for 7 days.

When your parcel arrives

  • Check the outer packaging on delivery. If the parcel is crushed, wet or torn, please ask the courier to record a damage report.
  • If you received a damaged or wrong item, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will exchange it free of charge. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
  • If you are not at home, the carrier leaves a notice and holds the parcel at its branch for a limited time.

Heavy and bulky items

Food and litter of 15 kg or more ship at the same rates, although delivery may take one extra business day in some areas depending on the carrier's schedule.
