Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

1.2. Buyer

The individual consumer who places an order on sehitkamilgazikentpetshop.com.tr and whose name, address, phone number and email address are recorded at checkout ("Buyer"). Buyer details appear in the order summary and invoice.

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller's website sehitkamilgazikentpetshop.com.tr.

Article 3 – Product information

3.1. The type, name, brand, quantity, unit price, total price (VAT included), payment method, delivery method and delivery fee of the products are shown in the order summary at confirmation and in the order confirmation email, which form an integral part of this agreement.

3.2. Prices are in Turkish lira, VAT included, and remain valid until updated or until a campaign ends.

3.3. Delivery fees: standard shipping across Türkiye is 89.90 TL, free from 750 TL. Same-day delivery in Şahinbey, Şehitkamil and Oğuzeli (Gaziantep) is 49.90 TL, free from 500 TL. Store pickup is free. Cash on delivery carries an additional 49 TL service fee.

Article 4 – General provisions

4.1. The Buyer confirms having read the Preliminary Information Form and given electronic confirmation.

4.2. Card payments are processed with 3D Secure by a licensed payment institution; the Seller does not store card data.

4.3. If a product is out of stock or delivery becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer within 3 days and refunds any amount collected within 14 days at the latest.

Article 5 – Delivery

5.1. Products are delivered to the address given at checkout, or at the Seller's store if store pickup is chosen.

5.2. Standard shipments usually arrive within 1–3 business days and in any case within the statutory maximum of 30 days.

5.3. Same-day delivery applies only in the listed districts to paid orders placed by 16:00.

5.4. The Buyer should inspect the packaging on delivery. Damaged or wrong items reported within 3 days are exchanged free of charge; this does not limit statutory rights regarding defective goods.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

6.1. The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason and without penalty. For orders delivered in parts, the period starts on receipt of the last item.

6.2. Notice may be given in writing by email to merhaba@sehitkamilgazikentpetshop.com.tr or via the return request in My Account.

6.3. The Buyer must send the goods back within 10 days of the notice using the return shipping code provided; shipping with this code is paid by the Seller.

6.4. The Seller refunds all amounts collected, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method.

Article 7 – Exceptions

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Food, treats and other edible products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery, and goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (opened shampoos, care products, pet nappies, training pads, etc.),
• Perishable goods or goods that may pass their expiry date quickly,
• Goods made to the Buyer's specifications (e.g. personalised tags),
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Article 8 – Disputes

8.1. Disputes are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and above those limits by the Consumer Courts, at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made.

8.2. Applications can also be filed online via the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).

Article 9 – Entry into force

By confirming the order, the Buyer declares having read and accepted this agreement. It enters into force on the order date; a copy is emailed to the Buyer and retained by the Seller for the statutory period.
