This Preliminary Information Form is provided under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, so that the Buyer is informed before being bound by a distance contract.

2. Main characteristics of the goods

Name, brand, ingredients, weight/volume, quantity and other key characteristics are shown on the product page and in the order summary. For pet food, ingredients, analytical constituents and feeding guides appear on the product page and packaging. Images may be illustrative; manufacturers may change packaging designs.

3. Prices

3.1. Prices are shown in Turkish lira, VAT included. The total, discounts and any GaziPuan used are shown clearly before you confirm.

3.2. Delivery fees:

  • Standard shipping (Türkiye, 1–3 business days): 89.90 TL; free from 750 TL.
  • Same-day delivery (Şahinbey, Şehitkamil, Oğuzeli; orders by 16:00): 49.90 TL; free from 500 TL.
  • Store pickup: free.

3.3. Cash on delivery carries an additional 49 TL service fee.

3.4. Every auto-order (subscription) delivery gets 5% off the price current at that time.

4. Payment

  • Credit or debit card: processed with 3D Secure by a licensed payment institution. Card data is not stored by the Seller.
  • Bank transfer (EFT): the order is confirmed once payment arrives. Please include the order number in the reference.
  • Cash on delivery: cash or card at the door, for a 49 TL service fee.

Any instalment charges are shown on the payment screen.

5. Delivery

5.1. Goods are delivered by carrier or courier to the address given, or handed over in our store for store pickup.

5.2. Standard shipping usually takes 1–3 business days; the statutory maximum is 30 days. Same-day delivery applies only in the listed districts to paid orders placed by 16:00. Store pickup orders are usually ready within 2 hours.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1. You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason and without penalty.

6.2. Give notice by emailing merhaba@sehitkamilgazikentpetshop.com.tr or via the form on our Contact page. A free return shipping code is provided.

6.3. All amounts collected are refunded within 14 days of the notice, using the original payment method.

6.4. Exceptions: opened food; opened hygiene and care products; perishable goods or goods that may expire quickly; personalised goods.

7. Damaged or wrong items

Damaged, faulty or wrong items reported within 3 days of delivery are exchanged free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective goods under Law No. 6502.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be sent through the contact channels above. Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade, or the Consumer Courts above those limits, at your place of residence or where the transaction was made. Applications can also be made via TÜBİS.

9. Other

By confirming this form electronically, the Buyer acknowledges receiving the above information before the contract is formed. This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are emailed with the order confirmation.
